The Ostend Baltimore

Construction on The Ostend Baltimore, designed for concerts, performances, sporting events, and corporate banquet events continues with an opening planned for 2026. The 70,000 sq. ft. world-class live music and event venue, located between M&T Bank Stadium and Horseshoe Casino, will feature a broad main stage with shallow orchestra seating that accommodates standing room for 3,400 patrons and optional chair seating for 2,600 patrons, no viewer will ever be more than 115 feet away from the stage.

The two-acre construction site at 1300 Warner Street, The Ostend Baltimore is one of several leisure-oriented projects planned for the Warner Street Entertainment District. A unique outdoor festival space uses the space under the elevated I-395 thoroughfare, includes stages, fire pits, bars, seating, and restrooms. This space can be used for music festivals, opening acts, sports tailgating, corporate functions, and other outdoor attractions. The building will incorporate a portion of an existing warehouse to serve as a queuing and bar area.
