Potomac Elementary School

New building is an 87,263 SF 2-story facility that will be located at 10311 River Road, Potomac MD. The site is 9.64 Acres. An existing, single-story 57,713 SF building currently occupies a portion of the site. The existing building is to be completely demolished and the site will be un-occupied by students throughout the construction phase. The school will have 365 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Potomac Elementary at 10311 River Road was built in 1949 and renovated in 1976. A replacement school is scheduled to open in 2020.
