The Service Center

Located on the edge of two historic Baltimore neighborhoods, the Service Center is surrounded by inspiring art, delicious food, and passionate city dwellers. The Service Center is a project by Seawall – a 6-story building provides 64 apartment units and 25,000 sf office and retail space. In addition to utility and parking requirements, a second story green roof provides stormwater management and added green-space to the project. First and second floors comprise commercial space built on a concrete podium. Floors three and four house 64 wood-framed luxury residential apartment units.
