Baltimore Peninsula Class A Office Building E5A at 2455 Banner Street, in the Port Covington Spring Garden Industrial Area neighborhood, was completed. The building features 221,500 sf on 7 floors with 212,000 sf office space and 9,500 sf retail – with 664 parking spaces. Building E5A is part of the first phase of construction at the 235-acre, $5.5billion, multi-decade Baltimore Peninsula development consisting of five new buildings totaling over 1.1 million sq. ft. The General Contractor for The Port Covington Development Team is Clark Construction Group and construction management is being provided by Baltimore Urban Revitalization LLC.
